Peloton is rolling out a new one-week program, Strength for Cyclists, designed to help riders build mobility and strength to boost cycling performance. Launching April 25, this targeted series is coached by Ben Aldis and is ideal for cyclists on the road, trail, or Peloton Bike.

The Strength for Cyclists program will help users improve core stability, leg strength, and overall mobility—key components for better endurance, power, and injury prevention. Whether you’re a casual rider or a seasoned cyclist, this program offers structured training to support your goals.

Peloton continues to expand its sport-specific offerings. In addition to Strength for Cyclists, members can explore:
