Before the starting gun fired at the recent Legendz competition, the Robin Arzon HYROX Miami weekend was already in full swing. On the evening of April 2, the night before the three-day event began, Peloton’s VP of Fitness Programming and Head Instructor took the stage at the Hilton Bentley on Miami South Beach to lead the third installment of the Peloton x HYROX Power Up series.

What the Power Up Event Looked Like

The Power Up is a series of free pre-race events Peloton and HYROX have been hosting at Hilton properties ahead of major HYROX competitions, designed to pair a HYROX-approved workout with Peloton’s community platform and help competitors arrive at the start line prepared. Based on the screenshots shared from the official Peloton Studios Instagram stories on April 2, Robin led an outdoor mobility session on the lawn of the Hilton Bentley, with attendees spread across mats under palm trees with Miami Beach high-rises framing the backdrop. The energy in the images was focused and purposeful.

Previous Power Up events have included a full-body mobility class, a strategic Q&A session with coaching tips and race-day strategies, and a post-workout mix and mingle with grab-and-go bites. Attendees received a complimentary gift bag from Peloton and Hilton.

This was the third Power Up event in the series. The first took place in Dallas last November with Robin, Andy Speer, and Adrian Williams, featuring a 20-minute mobility class and a 2-mile shakeout run. The second was in Washington, D.C. in March with Andy Speer ahead of the HYROX Americas Regional Championships. This Power Up was noticeably smaller scale than the Dallas event which Peloton featured on their IG (above). At that event, multiple instructors also competed. In Miami, it was Robin in the Pro group and Matt Wilpers making his debut at HYROX in the Open Doubles. But… see below, we anticipate a big showing at the upcoming New York event this Spring!

Then It Was Time for the Robin Arzon HYROX Start

After leading others through their preparation, Robin laced up her own shoes and stepped onto the race floor. Robin competed on Friday, April 3, in the HYROX PRO WOMEN division, which was scheduled from 5:00 to 5:40 PM.

Her official results from the HYROX timing platform tell the full story. Robin finished with a total time of 1:37:43, placing 154th out of 253 women in the PRO Women division, and 17th in her 40-44 age group. Her run splits totaled 42:59, ranking 131st out of 253, and her workout stations came in at 47:37, ranking 183rd. Her Roxzone time was 7:07, placing 172nd overall in the division.

According to her profile on the HYROX results platform, Robin is listed as a PRO-level athlete with six races completed across three divisions and three seasons. This Miami race adds to a competitive record that already includes finishes at HYROX Dallas 2025 (1:36:01, PRO Women 40-44), HYROX New York 2025 with Tunde Oyeneyin in the Doubles Women division (1:10:12), HYROX Las Vegas 2025 (1:22:32), HYROX Chicago 2024 (1:22:31), and HYROX New York 2024 (1:25:49 in the Doubles Women division with Melinda Fernandes).

It is worth noting that the PRO division represents an upper level of the sport. Competing in PRO means racing against top athletes, not the Open field. Robin Arzon HYROX goes all out!

The Robin Arzon HYROX Journey and Peloton’s Role in It

Robin did not arrive at HYROX racing by accident. She has spoken publicly about her pivot toward hybrid fitness racing, noting that after 27 marathons and multiple ultramarathons, HYROX offered the ideal combination of running and functional strength work she had grown to embrace.

She is also one of two Certified HYROX Performance Coaches on the Peloton instructor roster, alongside Andy Speer. Together, they co-lead the platform’s 12-week HYROX Training Program. TCO has been tracking Robin’s HYROX journey since the beginning. You can read our early coverage of her first HYROX appearance here: Robin Arzon and Benny Adami Tackle HYROX Races. What’s Next for HYROX and the Power Up Series

The HYROX calendar continues to grow, and the next major US stop is one of the biggest in the sport’s history. HYROX New York returns from May 28 through June 7, 2026, spanning two weekends and eight total days of racing at Pier 76, with 50,000 athletes expected, making it the largest HYROX event in North American history.

Looking further ahead, HYROX is preparing a significantly expanded fall calendar across North America, with races scheduled from Labor Day weekend through December 2026. New markets include Tampa, Denver, Nashville, and Salt Lake City, alongside returning stops in Toronto, Boston, Dallas, Anaheim, and Mexico City.

Given the scale of the NYC event and the pattern the Power Up series has established, it would be reasonable to expect Peloton to host a fourth Power Up event ahead of HYROX New York. Whether Robin, Andy, or another HYROX-qualified instructor would lead it remains to be seen. We do not have confirmation of any such event at this time, but the pattern is hard to ignore.

As for which Peloton instructors might race in New York, Chelsea Jackson Roberts has publicly signaled her intentions to compete in HYROX, and we now know that Matt has been bitten by the bug too. The full roster of Peloton instructors competing in HYROX New York has not been confirmed, but the community’s growing appetite for this format suggests more names will surface as the event approaches.

The Robin Arzon HYROX Miami weekend captured what makes Peloton’s HYROX partnership meaningful. She coached competitors before the race, then competed herself. That combination of credibility and commitment is exactly what puts her at the center of this story every time it gets told.
