Peloton's UK Mother's Day Classes

Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day Classes Are Here and They’re Perfectly Powerful

Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes are confirmed, and members now have the full details. Two dedicated classes are on the schedule for the holiday weekend, with Hannah Frankson leading a ride on Saturday and Jermaine Johnson taking members outside on Sunday morning.

A British Holiday on a Different Calendar

Mothering Sunday is the United Kingdom’s version of Mother’s Day, but it falls on a completely different date than the American observance. The US celebrates Mother’s Day on the second Sunday in May, which in 2026 is May 10.

The British tradition is tied to the Christian liturgical calendar, falling on the fourth Sunday of Lent, three weeks before Easter. In 2026, that date is March 15.

Mothering Sunday has centuries-old roots in the UK, originally connected to the practice of returning to one’s “mother church” before evolving into the broader celebration of mothers it is today. Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day programming has consistently treated the British and American holidays as separate occasions, reflecting the reality of its international membership base.

Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day Class Schedule Confirmed

Both instructors and formats are now confirmed:

30 Min UK Mother’s Day Ride with Hannah Frankson Saturday, March 14 at 8 AM ET / 12 PM GMT

20 Min UK Mother’s Day Outdoor Walk + Run with Jermaine Johnson Sunday, March 15 at 12 AM ET / 4 AM GMT

The ride with Hannah drops on Saturday, March 14, so members do not have to wait until Sunday to celebrate. The outdoor walk and run with Jermaine arrives in the early hours of Sunday morning GMT, making it a perfect way for UK members to kick off Mothering Sunday.

Once Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes have aired, they will be available in the on-demand library and added to Peloton’s Mother’s Day Collection, which brings together holiday classes going back to 2021. It is a great place to bookmark if you want to revisit either class after the weekend or explore past years’ content.

Why Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day Classes Are Not Live from PSL

Peloton Studios London stopped scheduling live Sunday classes in 2026 following a calendar adjustment that took effect earlier this year. UK members pushed back on that change, and The Clip Out covered the community’s response and calls for clarity as members sought answers about the reduction in live output from PSL.

That means Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes this year are pre-recorded on-demand content rather than live studio broadcasts. Members will find them in the on-demand library or via the special events section of the schedule rather than in the live class lineup.

Don’t Miss Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day Classes

The first of Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes drops tomorrow, Saturday, March 14. Members who want to dedicate a workout to a mum in their lives should open the app now and get both classes on their radar before the weekend arrives.

For the badge chasers out there, it is worth noting that Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes have not come with a badge in past years, and there is no indication that will change this time around. But honestly, celebrating the mums in your life is a pretty good reward on its own.

Will you be taking one or both of Peloton’s UK Mother’s Day classes this weekend?
