Peloton x HYROX Partnership Exclusive 2 Class Training Event D.C.

Last Updated: February 25, 2026By Tags: ,

Peloton and HYROX are teaming up to host the Peloton x HYROX Power-Up DC event, a specialized training experience for athletes preparing for the HYROX Americas Regional Championships. The event will take place on March 6, 2026, at the Capital Hilton Hotel, offering participants direct access to coaching from Andy Speer and a race-readiness program.

The Power-Up DC event is structured to deliver a comprehensive warm-up experience. It includes a mobility class, a strategic question-and-answer session, and an opportunity for attendees to connect with fellow competitors. The program is specifically designed to address the physical and mental demands of the HYROX competition, which involves an eight-kilometer run interspersed with eight distinct functional fitness challenges.

Preparing Competitors with the Peloton x HYROX Program

The core of the event is a 30-minute full-body mobility class led by Peloton Tread and Strength Instructor Andy Speer. This session is designed to prepare athletes’ bodies for the rigors of race day, focusing on movements that improve flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. The class is described as a “HYROX-approved mobility shakeout,” indicating its alignment with the competition’s specific physical requirements.

Following the mobility class, Speer will lead a 45-minute Q&A session. This segment allows participants to ask questions about race-day strategy, pacing, and mental preparation. It serves as a forum for athletes to gain insights and coaching directly from an experienced fitness professional. The goal is to help competitors feel more confident and strategically prepared before they reach the start line.

The event will be held in two separate sessions to accommodate more participants. The first session runs from 3:00 PM to 4:45 PM, with check-in beginning at 2:15 PM. The second session is scheduled from 5:15 PM to 7:00 PM, with check-in starting at 4:30 PM. This structure ensures smaller group sizes, allowing for a more personalized experience for those in attendance.
