Peloton Women’s History Month classes are officially underway, and Week 1 is packed with a strong lineup celebrating women everywhere. Themed “Stronger Together,” the series kicks off with inspiring workouts set to the music of iconic female artists, including a special ride timed to celebrate International Women’s Day on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Here is everything on the schedule for Week 1 of Peloton’s Women’s History Month Classes.

Peloton Women’s History Month Classes: Week 1 Schedule

There are a variety of class types and formats across the first week of Peloton Women’s History Month classes, with instructors from multiple Peloton markets represented. Here is the full Week 1 lineup:

  • 15 min WHM: Pop Full Body Stretch with Joslyn — Sunday, March 1 on demand @ 12 AM ET / 5 AM GMT
  • 30 min WHM: House Ride with Cliff (DE) — Tuesday, March 3 @ 6 PM GMT / 7 PM CET
  • 30 min WHM: Rock Run with Mariana (SP) — Tuesday, March 3 @ 7:30 PM ET / 11:30 AM AEDT +1
  • 30 min WHM: 90s Upper Body Strength with Rebecca — Thursday, March 5 @ 9 AM ET / 2 PM GMT
  • 30 min WHM: 80s Run with Susie — Saturday, March 7 @ 7 AM ET / 12 PM GMT
  • 20 min WHM: 90s Pilates with Mila (DE) — Saturday, March 7 @ 12 PM GMT / 1 PM CET
  • 30 min WHM: Pop Run with Jeffrey (DE) — Saturday, March 7 @ 4:30 PM GMT / 5:30 PM CET
