New Fall 2025 Peloton Schedule Changes Are Here
Just like football, autumn leaves, and boot season, Peloton schedule changes are heading our way for fall — and here’s what you need to know to adjust your workout routine and live class expectations (both in-studio and at home).
The Reason for the Shift
Peloton is shifting its schedule in order to bring more Program-based classes and expand Peloton Studios New York in-studio classes to include Thursday mornings (but there is a hitch…keep reading).
Upcoming Peloton Schedule Changes: What’s Happening
-
Fewer Live Floor-Based Classes on Mondays & Tuesdays
-
To make make room in Instructor schedules to allow them to create more Program-based classes, live strength and yoga sessions will dip on these days. Fresh on-demand classes in strength and yoga will still drop to fill those gaps.

Updated PSNY In-Studio Times
-
Starting October 9, Peloton Studios New York will offer in-person classes Thursday mornings through Sunday afternoons — replacing the previous Thursday evening to Monday morning schedule. Yes, that means that Monday in-studio classes will no longer be available (the hitch), but with the shift to open up Thursday morning classes, Members really aren’t losing that time at all. It’s just being rededicated to another day.

Changes You’ll Notice in Class Options
In Peloton’s mind, these fall schedule changes are designed to keep the Peloton experience fresh, balanced, and more accessible for Members. Overall, the shifts you see will be small, but meaningful—like more evening yoga options for winding down the day, earlier morning strength blocks for those who like to start strong, and a boost in live cycling classes during peak hours. Instructors will also have dedicated recovery windows built into their schedules, which means they can consistently bring their best energy to every class without running the risk of overuse injury, which we should all support to be honest.
Navigating the Schedule Changes
Change isn’t always easy, and we know Peloton Members don’t always love it when their go-to routines fall victim to the Peloton schedule changes. It’s natural to feel a little thrown off when your favorite class time or instructor slot looks different. But long-time members know that these updates come around roughly twice a year, so what you see now might not be what you see 6 or 8 months from now.
With a little patience, maybe you’ll find new favorites or even discover a new routine that works better than before. But, for now, it’s also ok to mourn (or rage at) the loss of your current routine. Or, for that matter, if your favorite Instructor is now teaching in a time slot that works better for you, then by all means, shout it from the rooftops. You can read more about these changes here and keep an eye on the upcoming schedules. Not only will you notice these changes as they’re implemented, but your favorite Instructor may have a brand new time slot, too.
Note: The in-studio schedule changes are for PSNY only and do not apply to PSL.
