Peloton App and Guide Gets a Major Upgrade
Peloton has rolled out a new update for its App and Guide users, featuring personalized workout plans designed to help Members achieve their fitness goals more effectively. This feature, which has been available for some Guide users, is now available to all Guide users, as well as App users, and offers tailored recommendations for workouts based on individual preferences, goals, and progress.
How the Personalized Plans Work
Peloton personalized workout plans uses data such as your fitness history and activity patterns to create a customized plan. Members can choose a focus area, such as strength, cardio, or balanced training, and Peloton will suggest classes that align with their goals. This ensures every workout feels intentional and contributes to long-term success.
