Peloton Marks International Day of Persons with Disabilities
The International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), observed annually on December 3rd, is a significant occasion to promote understanding, respect, and dignity for persons with disabilities. Established by the United Nations in 1992, this day serves as an opportunity to reflect on the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities and to celebrate their invaluable contributions to society.

Logan Aldridge and Bradley Rose Lead the Way
Peloton stands out because of its dedicated instructors who embody its inclusive values, particularly Logan Aldridge and Bradley Rose.
Logan Aldridge, Peloton’s first adaptive instructor, began in 2022. Logan, who has a left arm above elbow amputation, designs workouts tailored to athletes with diverse physical needs. These standing and seated classes offer inclusive yet challenging exercises for all members. His commitment to making fitness accessible is evident in his innovative adaptive strength classes. Bradley Rose also brings a unique perspective to the Peloton community. After surviving a stroke, Bradley overcame predictions that he would not have a future in fitness. Now, he continues to inspire members with his resilience and passion for movement. Bradley’s story is a powerful example of determination and the ability to thrive despite obstacles.

To mark the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Logan and Bradley have organized special on-demand classes. These sessions give Peloton members the chance to reflect, connect, and work out as a supportive community.
