Peloton and Hyatt Forge New Partnership to Reward Members

In an inspiring move for health-conscious travelers, Peloton has joined forces with Hyatt, a leading hospitality brand, to create a groundbreaking partnership that transforms the travel wellbeing landscape. This collaboration marries Peloton’s innovative fitness solutions with Hyatt’s commitment to guest wellbeing, setting a new standard for wellness on the road. Here’s everything you need to know about this initiative!

A Milestone in Travel Wellness

Hyatt’s Vice President of Wellbeing, TJ Abrams, expressed the hotel chain’s excitement over this collaboration. “Hyatt takes pride in setting a new standard of wellbeing for travel… Hyatt is coming together with Peloton as the first hospitality brand with plans to reward its members for workouts at participating hotels everywhere Peloton operates,” said Abrams. This partnership not only ensures that travelers no longer have to compromise on their fitness routines but also rewards them for keeping up with their workouts while traveling.

The Peloton Experience Comes to Hyatt

Under this collaboration, Peloton Bikes will be installed in every Hyatt hotel across markets where Peloton already has a presence, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Australia. Additionally, select luxury and lifestyle Hyatt hotels in the U.S. will feature the innovative Peloton Row, further diversifying the workout options available to guests. Plans to extend the Peloton experience to other markets are also in the pipeline, promising a broader reach of this wellness initiative.

Exclusive Benefits for Guests and Members

Greg Hybl, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Peloton for Business, shared the mutual enthusiasm for the collaboration. “We’re thrilled to be collaborating with Hyatt… Our goal is to continue to find innovative ways to instill a little motivation so everyone can take some time for themselves, even if they are far from home,” said Hybl. This partnership isn’t just about equipment; it offers a comprehensive suite of wellbeing benefits for guests, Peloton Members, World of Hyatt members, customers, and colleagues alike:

  • Rewards for Wellbeing: World of Hyatt members will soon be able to earn points for qualifying workouts completed on Peloton Bikes or Peloton Rows at participating hotels. Members also enjoy an extended 60-day free trial of the Peloton App, along with special offers on Peloton equipment and exclusive member events.
  • Wellness Without Walls: Nearly 400 participating hotels will provide a curated selection of non-equipment-based Peloton classes on in-room TVs, allowing guests to enjoy a variety of workout routines, from stretching to bodyweight exercises, without leaving their rooms.
  • Energized Meetings: Corporate meeting and conference attendees at participating hotels can engage with unique sets of non-equipment-based Peloton classes, designed to inject energy and vitality into the corporate event experience.
  • Supporting Hyatt Colleagues: The benefits of this partnership extend to Hyatt colleagues in qualifying countries, offering them access to Peloton App One and discounts on Peloton hardware.

Beyond the Gym

This partnership signifies a shift in how hotel guests can maintain wellness routines while traveling, emphasizing the importance of convenience, flexibility, and reward in the pursuit of health and fitness. By integrating Peloton’s acclaimed fitness and wellness offerings into its hotels, Hyatt underscores the evolving priorities of modern travelers — prioritizing not just the quality of their stay but the quality of their health and wellness experiences while away from home.

For travelers and fitness enthusiasts alike, the collaboration between Peloton and Hyatt signals a future where staying fit on the go is not just possible but encouraged and rewarded.
