Peloton Adds New ‘Bench Strength’ Collection
Peloton has officially launched a new strength training collection centered around the use of a workout bench. Titled “Bench Strength,” the collection appears in the platform and app after some initial anticipation and a few false starts, adding a new dimension to the platform’s strength offerings.
The Timeline of the Launch
The first sign of this new workout style appeared nearly a month ago. On January 7, 2026, we at The Clip Out noticed a workout bench being used in a standard 10-minute Glutes & Legs Strength class led by instructor Robin Arzón. This was an unusual addition to a typical strength class, signaling a potential shift in equipment focus.
Following this initial observation, Peloton appeared ready to make an official announcement. On January 23, the company posted a notification on its social media channels heralding the arrival of the “Bench Strength” collection. However, members who navigated to the collections tab in the app found it was not yet available, leading to some confusion.
The wait concluded today, February 6, 2026. Peloton once again promoted the collection on its social media platforms, and this time, the “Bench Strength” content is live and accessible for members within the app’s collections section.
What’s Included in the Collection
The Bench Strength collection features a series of intermediate-level classes that incorporate a bench to target various muscle groups. These classes are designed to add variety and new challenges to members’ strength routines.
Based on the classes currently available, the collection includes:
- 30 min Chest & Back Strength with Andy Speer
- 20 min Arms & Shoulders Strength with Rad Lopez
- 20 min Glutes & Legs Strength with Robin Arzón
- 10 min Glutes & Legs Strength with Robin Arzón
These sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes, making them easy to stack or fit into a busy schedule. The focus on specific muscle groups allows members to build a targeted workout plan using the new equipment format. Adding a bench allows for exercises like single-arm rows, Bulgarian split squats, and bench presses, which can enhance stability, range of motion, and overall strength gains.
As Peloton continues to expand its extensive library of classes, the Bench Strength collection provides another tool for members looking to advance their fitness journey from home; notably outside of programs or the Strength+ App (which is not available in all markets or on Android devices).
