Our Our Radar helps you plan your workouts better by sharing with you some of Peloton’s recent and program announcements, month commemmorations, and upcoming class highlights. Ahead of each week, we assemble a list curated by scouring social media, so that you can make the most of your time with Peloton.
ICYMI: Mariana’s First Outdoor Walk Dropped May 14
Mariana shared that her first Outdoor Walk, which dropped 5/14, was very meaningful! Have you tried it yet?
ICYMI: Matty x Mel Celebrated in a Special Class May 17
Matty had the most wonderful birthday gift: Mel Robbins sharing the microphone side by side with him on his Walk and Talk 5/17! Special guests in the Studio also included Jess and Rebecca!
New Classes in Strength and Mobility for Longevity Dropped May 18
Camila and Katie announced on IG last week that they launched a special new set of classes focused on healthy aging and movement for longevity (“we do this now… so we can do that later”). Taught as a 2-for-1, the first class explained that the person in the brighter color was the leader (to aid in visually following them) while the other person took more breaks. As they shared stories about their own grandmothers, they talked about doing these classes together with your older loved one, facing them and smiling. They also incorporated fun listening games (ok cognition!) and used a playlist sure to please all generations. I took this class as a post-Strength class kind of cool down, and I did do it standing not sitting as they demonstrate, however, the basic movement patterns were steady and familiar and felt great. With two 2-for-1s and a class also featuring Adrian, this is an interesting direction Peloton is going.
RK Returns to her “Hundred” Pyramid Class
Strength fans, did you LOOOOOOVE Rebecca’s pyramid format class from 7/21/23, where each move progressed consistently by 10? You’re in luck (I think?) as she announced on her IG after teaching her 5/18/25 class that the format is back, baby! Ba-bow!
New Strength+ Program Release from JJ
Strong and steady Jermaine is back on your Strength+ app with his second program, “Pure Pump 2” – hey, that sounds like a great summer movie title! Get your heavies out and ready to work!
Recover with Christian… for 45 Minutes on May 21
CVV is known around these parts for his challenging classes… but this week he has a treat for us! A 45-Minute Recovery Ride On Demand beginning 5/21 at 12 AM. Now this should be interesting! Plenty of time for all his nuggets of wisdom!

Progressive Push Rides Keep Coming – Tunde is Up May 25
Peloton has been quick to produce more of its new ride type, Progressive Push, since giving it a “push” on the recent Earnings call. After rides by Hannah, Benny, and Leanne at PSL, PSNY gets its first taste of this with Tunde on 5/25!

Mental Health Awareness Month Week 3 Classes
Another annual commemoration Peloton does is focusing on Mental Health Awareness Month. Since 2021, a wide variety of classes have been offered every May that help us tune in to ourselves and our communities in ways that heal and help. This week’s Artist Series celebrates early 2000s pop punk queen Avril Lavigne, who is currently on a Greatest Hits tour! While we don’t think she’ll be showing up at PSNY, we are confident that these instructors will do her justice in their playlists!

Ash recently shared that she’s working on obtaining her Pilates Certification. We hope – as do many members – that she’ll be added to the Pilates roster at Peloton! As we noted in our “Senior Superlatives” roundup for 2025, Ash is definitely underutilized and needs to be given more teaching opportunities!
Spoiler Alert for Boost Your Base Riders
If you’ve been doing the new Boost Your Base classes, you know now that the peak ride will be a 90-Minute Power Zone Endurance extravaganza at the end of the eight weeks. But – surprise! – a sharp-eyed fan told us she spotted a special treat in the schedule right about when that program will be wrapping up! Whether you are following BYB or not, this new 2-for-1 90-Minute Ride with Matt and Denis will be a must-take!
