New Intervals and Arms Class — on the Row??

If the Peloton schedule is to be believed, it looks like there will be a new Intervals & Arms class next week, but not on the Bike.  On the Row! Of course, it could be a typo that no one has caught and they may have meant to just type “Intervals,” but as of right now, it appears that Katie Wang is scheduled to teach an Intervals & Arms class on April 25, 2024 at 6:00am (ET).

Typically reserved for just the Bike, we’re curious to see how this will be structured on the Row. We do recommend washing and drying your hair the day before, just in case the class leaves you with T-Rex arms, though. And, for anyone who may be Row Bootcamp-curious but have been hesitant to take the plunge, this could be a great way to dip a toe into a class that’s similar, but less intimidating.  Sort of like Bootcamp-lite.  We’ll keep an eye on it and let you know if the schedule gets updated, but, in the meantime, is this a format you’re happy to see brought to the Row?
