Cody Addresses Rumors and Talks Peloton Contract Status

Psst did you hear?….

Hear what?

The rumour?…

What rumour?

The rumour that Cody Rigsby got Married to Brittany Spears in Tokyo?!!!

…and so it begins

Cody jumped onto Instagram yesterday to clean up details of wildfire rumours being spread about town. We appreciate his cool and collective swagger delivering THE FACTS while in a cafe in the calm nook of some pot plants!

Cody sets the scene by delivering a perfectly fitting millennial pop princess quote.

“To borrow a line from Lindsay Lohans smash 2004 hit, I’m tired of rumours starting”…..

Right now let us get into the wedding bells grapevine.

“Number one… I didn’t get engaged, that is my fault the picture is deceiving…so I’m sorry about that.”

Just because our Boo looks sizzling in a Kimono with his friend doesn’t mean he’s making the effort for a big occasion…he’s just cool AF, ok. But seriously Cody takes responsibility for how the images and day out around the Studio Ghibli-style bathhouse appears on socials. 

Next up is theeee big gossipy nest… is he leaving Peloton?

“Number two-oooh … I am not leaving Peloton, I’m just on vacation so everyone can just stop with the rumours. Everyone can stop writing things about how I’m leaving Peloton…it’s not happening.”

So we can’t pretend that die-hard fans of Peloton aren’t a little jumpy in light of recent news…job cuts, looking for a new CEO and yogi favourite instructor Ross Rayburn parting ways suddenly. The company is indeed evolving but you know what come rain or shine it always will be.

Cody confirms further in his snappy neat response…

“In fact, I signed a new contract, so you guys are stuck with me…so you guys are gonna be shaking titties and body rolling on a stationary bike for quite some time.”

Finally, a big hug to tuck us in at night and rest easy our Boo put a bow on things and cracks on with his bizzznissss.

“Now I’ve got a flight to catch home and I will see you on the bike on Tuesday” …..*kiss*  *wink*

I’m just glad it wasn’t next Tuesday that he was referring to when he began the sentence “C U …..Tuesday!” So, that’s that I guess …..can’t instructors just go on holiday and relax anymore without eyebrows being raised?
