Welcome to the Clip Out podcast, episode four 18. This is Crystal O’Keefe, and this is Tom O’Keefe. Hi. Hi. This is gonna be, uh, an interesting one. Yeah, I got lots to say. I’m sure that you do. Mm-hmm. Yeah, we have our, the biggest challenge will be just getting you not to not launch into it right now.

crystal and tom 418: Okay. I’m not gonna, I’m not gonna do that, so don’t do [00:01:00] that. Okay. Whatever you do. All right. So what Pray, tell do you have in store for people this week? We’re gonna talk about this bullshit that Jennifer Jacobs is doing. Why, what happened? Yeah, exactly. Yeah, we’re gonna talk about that. And then, uh, we also are gonna talk about, uh, new stuff that Peloton is launching.

crystal and tom 418: We’ve got the Pace Target debut finally came out this week. We’ve got Garmin Connect about to launch. We’ve got a sale with Fitbit. Fitbit charge. Number six, people are gonna be able to get through Peloton. They have a membership now too. Okay. We’re gonna do a Lululemon members weekend recap courtesy of Trish Leland.

crystal and tom 418: We also have instructor news, uh, Jess Sims and her newest partnership, I guess. Mm-hmm. Um, we also have some updates on Camila and Cody and John Hosking and then artist series, all the new stuff that’s coming out this week. There should have been some stuff in here for July that it looks like. Tom did not include.[00:02:00]

crystal and tom 418: I never saw it hit. Well, it did a few hours ago. And, uh, we also have some competition stuff we’re gonna talk about, um, and not Jennifer Jacobs, because that’s not competition. Yes, I said it. Um, and then, uh, there’s gonna be lots of content. So we’re gonna talk about all the new stuff that hit TCO top five this week at Peloton, the brand new Broadway Walk Plus run that’s coming up.

crystal and tom 418: Lots of fun stuff. We’re gonna talk about. All of that as well. Awesome. Well, before we get to all that shameless plugs, don’t forget we’re available on Apple Podcast, Spotify, iHeart. Tune in wherever you find a podcast. You can find us. This week on the bonus episode Peloton has tips for. How to stay cool while exercising in this heat. And, we will talk about how exercise protects your brain from Alzheimer’s.

crystal and tom 418: Hmm. And we’ll also have updates on instructors like Chelsea Ally, love. Olivia where, what podcast she’s on, stuff like that. So, uh, you can check all that out over on Patreon. crystal and tom 418: Monthly. Ooh, I should do that. Yes. Just once a month. Just once a month. Just once a month. Yeah. You’re, all of them. Uh, and of course you can watch all of these [00:04:00] over on YouTube if you are so inclined. We are. We are there. youtube.com/the clip out. So there’s all that. Let’s dig in, shall we? Oh, yes.

crystal and tom 418: Let’s,

crystal and tom 418: Okay. All right. Let’s start at the beginning, shall we? Jennifer Jacobs. All right. Jennifer Jacobs. So for those of you who are like, who the hell is Jennifer Jacobs? Yeah. I mean, she’s been gone for a while, so a lot of people, yeah. Since 2019. Yeah. So for anybody who’s joined. I mean, and that’s a long time.

crystal and tom 418: I mean, and there we had an entire pandemic since then. Yeah. And there was a huge influx of people during the pandemic. Mm-hmm. So all the pandemic babies, they don’t, they have no idea. They, they don’t know who this is. And all of her rides got purged eventually. Yeah. So there’s nothing even left. And if they hadn’t been before they, they would’ve been now.

crystal and tom 418: They would’ve been now. So, okay. So Jennifer Jacobs, uh, she was a Peloton instructor from about 2015. It might have been 2014. But it was around then through 2019. Um, she was very popular. Uh, she did a lot of eighties [00:05:00] rides, a lot of eighties classes. You will hear people talk about the Epic Top Gun ride.

crystal and tom 418: That was definitely Jennifer Jacobs. There were a lot of good Times had by all. So when she left, um, and when I say left, let me be clear. She was fired. Ooh. I just, I’m just gonna go ahead and put it out there. Okay. I feel like my nons signed NDA since everyone I’ve ever talked to about it is no longer at Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. Yeah, here we go. Yeah, she definitely was fired. Um, and no, it wasn’t because of the awful thing that she said to a member in the studio, even though that is generally the rumor, she was let go two weeks after that. So it’s understandable.

crystal and tom 418: People connect those two. Um, but from my understanding, it was a long time of other employees complaining about how she treated them. Because she did not treat them very well. And, uh, she kind of had a, a diva thing going on, which we are seeing play out. I mean, fabulously. Yeah. So she, she was let go and then she did a [00:06:00] bunch of stuff on her own, because there’s always that year of non-compete.

crystal and tom 418: Mm-hmm. Right. Yeah. So she did she was off the radar for about a year and then she joined. Ladder that’s gonna become important. She was with Ladder and then she left ladder very suddenly to go to Beachbody. So she left them in a not good way. Yeah. Also important. Went to Beachbody, hyped that all up.

crystal and tom 418: Like she was so wonderful for going there and everybody needed to follow her. Now I’m sure there are Peloton members who also do Beachbody and who also do ladder, but people did not leave Peloton to follow Jennifer Jacobs. Right. So. Now she is going from Beachbody. Back to ladder. Uh, supposedly this was all her idea and all her choice.

crystal and tom 418: That’s how this is being spun. She’s got this amazing new way to lift weights that’s she’s been working on for two years, and it’s so freaking cool. And I mean, it’s lifting weights, so, yeah, [00:07:00] I don’t know. I don’t know why it took you two years to figure that out, but I don’t, I don’t know how there’s a new way to lift a weight, but I, I don’t either.

crystal and tom 418: It’s, it’s endurance. Muscular endurance, which. By the way they will tell you in any science, like exercise science, that’s kind of a joke. Now, that’s not really a thing. Any kind of weightlifting is still going to make you build muscle. So muscular endurance is not something you only need to do from lifting a weight, is what I’m trying to say.

crystal and tom 418: Okay? But anyway. Good for her. Right. We can all be happy, right. But then Jennifer Jacobs puts this post up and she puts this video up and it’s her standing in front of a Peloton bike. And she says, by the way, it’s very important to note that the song Don’t Stop Believing is playing in the background.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. And uh, there is clearly a Peloton bike in the background behind her, but the logo has been removed and she says on. July [00:08:00] 7th, she’s coming home to the best fitness platform on the planet as don’t stop Believing. Swells in the background. Yes. Okay. So I immediately am inundated with about a bazillion messages telling me Jennifer Jacobs is coming back to Peloton, and I knew that she got fired.

crystal and tom 418: So I had immediate side eye. Yeah. Because I knew that the people who let her go were not happy and would not be bringing her back. So. I just felt like that was bullshit. And I watched the video, looked off to me and it looked off to me because there was no Peloton logo right on the bike, and she never said Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: Right? And, so those things made me feel like, I just don’t think that’s what’s happening here, but this is a head fake. This is a head fake and it’s all to get attention. And I will also say as. People who have followed Peloton now for the better part of a decade. Mm-hmm. Semi-professionally, that’s us.

crystal and tom 418: Yes. Yes. So [00:09:00] people didn’t know nothing about that is how Peloton has ever announced anything in the history of ever. No. I mean, there’s only been a couple times instructors have come back and both times they did. Peloton put out an announcement, right? So because I looked at it very side eye and you agreed with me, I emailed Peloton and I was like, can you confirm this is really happening?

crystal and tom 418: ’cause she’s telling everybody it’s happening. And they were like, we wish her well, but she didn’t come in here. Yeah. And so I would, I posted that immediately, which I will also say is, is very interesting. ’cause normally when we ask Peloton for comments on things like this, we get nothing. we we generally don’t even get a no comment.

crystal and tom 418: Mm-hmm. We just don’t get a reply. We just don’t get a reply. So the fact that we got an official statement in what, 45 minutes? Mm-hmm. Is like, it says a lot. It says a whole. Why? Yeah. [00:10:00] So then, I put that up and of course there’s, there’s still people not believing. There’s people who saw the earlier notifications, so they’re not getting it.

crystal and tom 418: Pe you know, people don’t see both, they don’t see every single thing you put on social media and you, you never know which order the algorithm is gonna push it out in front of people. Precisely. Yeah. So it was a lot of confusion. So then fast forward to yesterday. So 24 hours later, 24 hours later, and uh, Jennifer Jacobs puts out a new video.

crystal and tom 418: And this video shows the f right after she says she’s coming home, blah, blah, blah. She’s like, wait, cut. Can we cut? And then this guy comes in and he’s like, oh, sorry, I have this bike here. I was drawing clothes on it earlier, which is a clear knock at Peloton. Yeah. Girl, you taught on that bike for years.

crystal and tom 418: So if it’s such a piece of shit, what does that say about you? Yeah. And then and then they start talking about how, oh, that was a little [00:11:00] misleading. I don’t wanna mislead people. He, he, he, and then she starts talking about Ladder Now. Ladder. What is Ladder? Ladder is a very small company. It’s a startup from I think Texas.

crystal and tom 418: And, uh, they. All they do is fitness. I mean, all they do is lift weights. That’s it. Like in different ways of doing it. Mm-hmm. They have little groups, they have little teams, but they are really, really upset at Peloton. Why are they so upset at Peloton? Because when Peloton launched Strength Plus, they felt that Peloton ripped off their interface.

crystal and tom 418: And to be fair, there were a lot of similarities. There were a lot of similarities in, and we reported that on the show. Yeah. So we, we weren’t like. Anti ladder. Nope. We, but we were, we were like, yeah, like I get why that this would rub them the wrong way. It was very much if, I were them, I would feel like I felt when Echelon ripped off Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. So, so like I get it, but I will also say there’s dozens of these strength programs out there also. [00:12:00] True. And they all look like that. Yeah. So that’s also a thing. In addition to that, they were also upset because some of Pelotons designers were. On ladder, like they were under assumed names and things like that, but they, supposedly knew that Peloton employees were, were like in their stuff.

crystal and tom 418: So it’s like when Walt Disney sent people to Knottsberry farm Exactly. To count the cars in the parking lot. Precisely. Yeah. So then I just felt like that was a bridge too far because I get why ladder. Has some kind of problem with Peloton. That makes complete sense to me. And for those of you who are like, we am marketing, get over it.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. I, I understand how marketing works. Yeah. I understand. This is a stunt I get. I get that. Yeah. It’s a dumb stunt. It’s a very dumb stunt. And it’s, and, and as, I mean I, will say it ’cause you won’t, you have an MBA. Yeah. Like, it’s not like I understand business. Yeah. And, and I’ve been doing marketing now for.

crystal and tom 418: 30 years. So like I [00:13:00] think we both have a pretty good idea of how business and marketing works and like this is not a good stunt. Well, and let’s just take Jennifer Jacobs out of it for just a second. She’s had enough airtime. The latter. I understand why they did what they did. Yeah, I get it. Like full stop.

crystal and tom 418: It was shortsighted. It’s sad when you need to invoke another company’s name. All you’re doing is, showing people you are not important, and the only way you can get clicks is to call out Peloton. Yeah. That’s it. I mean, it’s the same reason that like People magazine mentions Peloton every week.

crystal and tom 418: That’s why. Yeah. So, you know, I get it, but salty about it. Okay. But then Jennifer Jacobs, now I have personal issue with how she handled this because. Her fans. Yeah, were excited. This is not about Peloton versus Ladder. This is about Jennifer. Jacob fans. Yeah. Who only exist because of Peloton. Like, let me be clear, [00:14:00] Jennifer Jacobs would have never been what she is today if it had not been for Peloton, and the only proof you need is everything she does, she drifts off her Peloton heritage.

crystal and tom 418: She sure does. In fact, when she goes with her Peloton instructor friends who still. Had hung out with her. I don’t know that they ever will again, but every time they had hung out with her up until now, she then posted all kinds of stuff about it. Yeah. She doesn’t do that with her normal friends, only her Peloton friends.

crystal and tom 418: But you know, whatevs. Sure girl, we get it. But. That is what bothers me so much because these people were so excited. They, they were that she was coming back and they were so into it, and then she was like, I wouldn’t go back to Peloton. I’m going to ladder. Who no one’s even heard of. Yeah, and then she acts like, that’s so much better than Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: But why do you think if, if ladders so much better than Peloton, then why is it. That you need to keep bringing Peloton into the conversation. And why is it that every single person [00:15:00] thought you were going to Peloton? Like that says it all. And, and then the tone of the comments and the follow-up ad is like, you are dumb for having ever believed this thing that we deliberately the led you to believe.

crystal and tom 418: Yep. And then they gaslight her fans into being like. Well, we didn’t say that. You’re stupid for thinking that. Yeah. Why did you think that assumptions were made? No assumptions weren’t made. You had a Peloton bike out there. You knew exactly what you were doing. So then, she has the nerve because she got a lot of backlash.

crystal and tom 418: A lot. A lot. And deservedly, deservedly so. So then she starts. Pulling out random people that have been hating on her all day, starts messaging them in their dms and giving them this huge sob story about, it was just a joke. Oh, we And crocodile tears. And including, voice memos. Yeah. Crying. So then, these people are like, you know what, [00:16:00] I get it.

crystal and tom 418: She’s, you know, she’s gotta push this new thing. They give her the benefit of the doubt. I get messages like, look what she did. Isn’t this amazing? And then today she decided after 12 hours ago, messaging these people. She then doubles down with another video, and this one is. A ladder video where they’re using a ladder instructor that we it, seems to be making fun of a Peloton instructor, probably Andy.

crystal and tom 418: And, um they’re, like, he’s just a ditzy dumb guy who doesn’t know anything and he and anybody can do what he does. And then they start talking about how, uh, they’re gonna give you a week on ladder for free. And the faux Peloton employee is like, well, we give 30 days, don’t even. And then she’s like, you know what we’re gonna do.

crystal and tom 418: Peloton members, you can join Ladder 90 days for free. Okay. And, all you get is [00:17:00] strength. Yeah. So and so now their whole thing is ditch the bike. Now they’ve got a new campaign and then she not only doubled down, tripled down, took these trashy trucks out in front of the Peloton studio today live. We, verified that it is live.

crystal and tom 418: Outside of Peloton Studio. And she actually has, she’s strutting up and down the sidewalk with these huge trucks that say, ditch the bike. I have not seen anything like this except for what the stories you’ve told me about with Radio Gorilla Marketing. Yeah. Yeah. And, look, I like, I was in radio and I did things like this, but like I didn’t work at one station.

crystal and tom 418: Go to another, go back to that station, go to another, and then talk shit. Like, it’s just, it’s. And there’s a big difference between a rock station in St. Louis playing games like that. And yeah it’s, gross. It’s really gross. [00:18:00] It’s just flat out trashy. And, here’s the thing, I. It’s not gonna bring her more listeners.

crystal and tom 418: It’s not gonna have, there might be people clicking on ladder right now. Yeah. There might be people going, what is this? What the hell is she doing? But I have had, I countless, it’s hundreds of messages in the last couple of days telling me that they are done with her, they are unfollowing her. Uh, that, that they are, that.

crystal and tom 418: I’ve seen people who sent me screenshots where they’re flat out telling her on her own page, you. Burned this relationship. You burned this bridge. I will never speak well of you again. You burned a parasocial bridge. You did? I didn’t even know people could do that, but there we are. But there, you go.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. Um, so that is normally to piss people off, like to this degree you have to like say a racial slur. Yeah. Like this is, this is kind of. Kind of epic. And it’s, it’s a little bit like job horrey, right? Like, okay, they can’t all be the best, but every time you work for one, you say they [00:19:00] are and then you trash them in the next job.

crystal and tom 418: So like, you already worked for ladder, left ladder, and now you’re back at Ladder. What does that say? Yeah. Is that like sloppy seconds? Is that sloppy thirds? I don’t even know anymore. I just know it’s sloppy. That it is. That it is. So I am, very upset about it. I’m upset about, uh, the people who. Send me messages.

crystal and tom 418: There’ve been like. Under a half dozen who stand up for her so strongly and say that she is the greatest of all time. And I, I say, if you mean goat by eating a lot of trash, then yes, she is doing that. I, used to respect Jennifer Jacobs. I have no respect for her. I have no respect for ladder. This is gross on every level.

crystal and tom 418: And I think it’s really also telling that I reached out to Peloton today. I’m like, you got anything else to say? And they said, no comment. Yeah. No, we don’t. That’s classy. And so what I would like to do is go forward and I would like to focus on what we love about [00:20:00] Peloton. There’s 50 something instructors.

crystal and tom 418: I don’t love ’em all, but the ones I love, I love a lot. And I know everybody else feels that way too. Yeah. So if she wants to be that way, great. You enjoy your couple hundred people that are gonna be on your, your little tiny leaderboard and we’ll go ahead and keep enjoying Peloton. Good for you. Ladder.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah, it’s like from a marketing standpoint, like if your only metric is engagement, well then I would say one, you’re not very good at marketing because nobody’s talking about what ladder does. No, they’re not or how well they do it. All they’re talking about is how stupid this is and how, how shitty tacky it is.

crystal and tom 418: How shitty it’s making them look. Yeah. Like it’s really, really tacky and I can’t even tell you the number of people that say to me, it’s giving Kendall, like that’s direct quote from like. Hundreds of people. it’s it’s coming up so often. You know you, never forget who made you what you are.

crystal and tom 418: And when you do, it does come back to bite you [00:21:00] in the ass. And it may not be today and it may not be tomorrow, but it’s gonna come back and bite her in the ass. Yeah. And it also shows how much Peloton is living rent free in her head. Yeah. In ladder’s head. Like, you guys are so desperate. Yeah. So desperate.

crystal and tom 418: And you think this is some. Big, clever marketing thing and all it is saying you are still hung up on your ex honey. Yeah, like we, it’s so sad. It’s so sad. Like stop interacting and. And I ultimately, the grossest part is the way she weaponized her own fans. That is the grossest part to, to inadvertently promote a product they don’t use, probably haven’t heard of, and certainly don’t care about.

crystal and tom 418: And then mocked them for believing the thing she told them in the first place. Yeah. Like it’s just, I mean, it reminds me of some political leaders, to be quite frank. Yeah. It’s just. It’s just gross. Yeah. So, okay. I got it all out. Okay. Is there anything that I [00:22:00] missed? Is there? I don’t think so. I’m sure once we get done, we’re recording, we’ll think of something.

crystal and tom 418: I’m sure. Yeah. That’s what Patreon’s for. That’s true. Yeah. Join us on Patreon. So, uh, moving along. Okay. What would’ve probably been this week’s headline Peloton to finely Sink with Your Garmin. Yeah, man. Years ago, I mean, 2017, I had a Garmin. Yeah. I loved my Garmin, but it didn’t sink with everything. And I got so tired of having to do all these workarounds.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. And, uh, Garmin’s. Awesome. So this is really exciting. Because between before now, you had to use something like sync my workout. Um, and I had an Android, so I couldn’t even use sync my workout ’cause it didn’t work with Android. Right? But for those people who have Apple, they have been. Um, but finally, finally, finally, you are going to be able to sync directly inside.

crystal and tom 418: The eco, the Garmin ecosystem, you’re gonna be able to see it. [00:23:00] Now the other interesting thing is Peloton did not make this initial, uh, this announcement. This came from Garmin. Okay. Uh, and it’s under the gadgets and wearables. It was in a lot of different, was Garmin like, I’m coming home. They had a truck outside the studio.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. Oh my God. Oh my God. So tacky. But the other thing is that. The question of what happens to all these workarounds? So like you have all these apps, are you still gonna need them? And are you still going to need. If you can integrate it so that it goes right into Garmin, will you still use your Peloton app for anything else?

crystal and tom 418: Like those are the big questions, right? That are coming up right now. I don’t know. I guess it depends on what kind of workouts you do. All you do is run, or all you do is bike. Maybe not because it goes straight into Garmin, you’re good. But if you are doing the lifting weights, if you’re doing Pilates, things like that, maybe you wanna be able to see some different metrics that, right.

crystal and tom 418: You might wanna have from the [00:24:00] Peloton app. So will it, do we know, will it also work with strength plus? We don’t Okay. Give one fricking thing at a time. Sorry. Sorry, APO. I apologize for asking the question. No, it’s, it’s a fair question. I’ll go back to Dick jokes. It’s a fair question. I, I suspect No, and the reason I suspect that is because Strength Plus I think is very much a baby in the app world.

crystal and tom 418: Mm-hmm. And I think they’re still trying to build that out quite a bit. Makes, makes sense. So I don’t think that’s where their head’s at, at all from a technology standpoint.

crystal and tom 418: Walking pace targets made their debut this week. Finally, listen, we’ve been hearing about these walking pace targets since I feel like not long after the run pace targets dropped last year. Yeah. Um, and instructors started talking like, we’re working on it. We’re working on it. It’s, uh, it’s also interesting that they set it up completely different because when you set up your, your running pace target, it’s, they give you an estimate on what you should be like.

crystal and tom 418: There’s [00:25:00] one through, I think eight or nine, something like that, and they do that based on how fast your fastest mile is. Okay. What you’ve completed on the Peloton. Now you can also change it like let’s say you had a really, really fast, crazy fast mile and for whatever reason recovering, you’re not representative of what I normally do.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah, you can totally change it, but that’s kind of where they start you On the walking pace targets though, they set it up. You set it up completely. You there is no recommended. They don’t start you. They ask you questions to give you some direction. Okay. But you set it up. Hmm. And I, I think, my guess is that is because it’s so much harder to dial in the differences on the walking speeds.

crystal and tom 418: Like, I know I’ve taken so many Maddie classes and he’ll be like. Uh, let’s get to a round a five and I mean, I’m a full out run at a five. Like there is right, there is no walking at a five. Maddie. Like that’s not for me. But his legs are like eight. Yeah. [00:26:00] 18 feet longer than mine, you know, so I get that they have to dial that in a little bit more, but it is an interesting difference.

crystal and tom 418: And so if you’re setting it up for the first time. You’re gonna wanna answer the questions, you’re gonna try it. And if it doesn’t feel right, you wanna go back and make those modifications and you can change it right in class. You don’t have to go out of the class to change it. Oh, that’s good. You might wanna pause, you know, so you’re not trying to do too many things at once.

crystal and tom 418: Sure. Um, but so far, uh, people are reporting, they did the intros and they are loving the classes, so that’s great.

crystal and tom 418: Peloton members can save $40 on a Fitbit charge. Six. Yes. I’ll be honest, I didn’t know people were still using Fitbits. I mean, not, that is not a knock against Fitbit. Right? It’s just I thought more people wanted like it. And it’s like, where it’s all wrapped into your phone system right. These days. ’cause you know, uh, Android has their Android watch and they have like all kinds of different versions of that.

crystal and tom 418: And then there’s of course the Apple Watch. So I didn’t realize people were just [00:27:00] like, no, I just want my standalone Fitbit. Yeah. I guess there were probably some people too that have been just, that’s been what they’ve been using forever. Absolutely. They’re like, if it ain’t broke, don’t, yeah. Don’t change it.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. But yeah, they’re up to six. Fitbit charge six, and so getting 40 bucks off is a great deal, and this offer’s only good till July 14th. So if you’re looking at getting a new one, this is, this is the time. Yeah, it’d be quick like a bunny. Absolutely. So Lulu Lemon. Had their big Lululemon weekend. They did as they do from time to time.

crystal and tom 418: What are these? Quarterly, uh, ish. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like it’s maybe three times a year. Yeah. I feel like is where it kind of ends up being, you know? Yeah. But yeah. So we have a big recap, courtesy of Trish Li. Leland, Trish Leland. Yeah. So Trish has been to, I think every one of these, I think she might’ve been, seems like she’s normally the one that’s given us the scoop on what’s going on.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. Yeah. And, uh she thought this one [00:28:00] was. Very different because this particular, the past events have been co-branded. It’s been Peloton and Lululemon. Mm-hmm. This one was not. It was a Lululemon event that took place in a Peloton space. Ooh. Is there a fight? I don’t know, but we’re gonna get a Lululemon Ladder weekend.

crystal and tom 418: We probably get like a Lululemon ladder. Tuesday. Well, Trish did say that sometimes it felt a little weird. Mm-hmm. Because nothing was co-branded except for the photo area. That was in the meet and greet area, and she felt like they just didn’t wanna remake the sign. So they used the one from last time, and when she was looking back over the meet and greet pictures that they took, yeah, she noticed they were all eng angled so that they only showed the Lululemon.

crystal and tom 418: Logo. Well, that’s fascinating, right? Um, she thought it was weird at the time they were asking people to stand like to the side. Right. But she didn’t realize it until she got home and was looking at the pictures. It’s like, well, it’s, [00:29:00] it’s like when you bring the girlfriend home for the first Christmas dinner and they make her stand all the way to the end so they can just, yeah.

crystal and tom 418: They were still doing that to my first wife, like seven years in. Yeah. Well, I can’t say that I blame ’em. They were right. Yeah. I mean, there’s a couple of pictures, the Disney ones that are really ruined because she wasn’t on the end. I’ve heard about it for years. Um, so she says that it was a, a Lululemon event, but uh, there were a lot of Peloton diehards there.

crystal and tom 418: And she also thought it was interesting that it was pretty much the same people who came to the last one. And you have to be invited and most people had to travel and most people had to get the hotel and do all those things. Yeah. So it’s a big commitment. It is. And she thought that was really interesting.

crystal and tom 418: Also there was a ton of swag at past events, and this time there was not noticeably different. She said that it was very obvious Lululemon wanted us there to buy their [00:30:00] apparel, and no one was that excited about it. Also, it also, it seems like a weird, I like they keep inviting the same people, like, well, they invite everyone who is a, I think you have to be.

crystal and tom 418: On the Lulu member membership list. Okay. Before you get invited. So if you’re not a Lululemon member, you’re not gonna be invited. Okay. So it kind of makes sense, right? Yeah. ’cause if you’re a Peloton person and you are a Lululemon member, then that makes sense that in theory, that should be your people.

crystal and tom 418: Mm-hmm. Right? But it’s not really growing. Either, it doesn’t sound like at least Trish isn’t getting the vibe that’s growing. Right. And she said that she spent, uh, a lot of times talking to people. Uh, she said she was waitlisted for six classes, and unlike most wait lists, she got into zero. Zero of those six classes.

crystal and tom 418: Hmm. Uh, she only got into two classes that she was already pre-registered for. And she, they were both with Maddie and Jen, who are not Lulu [00:31:00] ambassadors. And she thought that was pretty funny too. Yeah. Uh, she said that the sentiment seemed to be pretty universal, that she was feeling, um, but she, she also went on to say that it, the vibe was still really positive.

crystal and tom 418: Like it wasn’t. It wasn’t a negative, like everybody was having a bad time vibe. Right. It was just kind of like, this is different. This is weird. And everybody was still super excited about Peloton and focused on Peloton despite efforts maybe not Right. To have that be the vibe. Yeah. And, this is another weird thing that the Lulu stores the, opening party was at Lululemon, the heat press where they like take your clothes and like put their little special stamp on it mm-hmm.

crystal and tom 418: At Lululemon, but. Uh, and you had to go there to get collector pens ’cause they had those too. But the exclusive weekend, Lulu jacket was not co-branded. And then if you wanted anything Peloton, you had to go, you had to go over to Peloton to get like it there. There wasn’t any kind of cross-promotion. Right.

crystal and tom 418: And it seemed like there wasn’t as [00:32:00] much coordination as usual either, because she said that the night of the party, she overheard Lululemon employees being like, why is the last class 30 minutes before? The party starts like that doesn’t even make sense because it wasn’t like up the street, it was like two miles away.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. So in, in New York City, that’s, that’s a, that’s like a forever. And you might wanna like take freshen out a shower before you go to that party. Yeah, yeah. No, of course you can still do that. You can still shower there. Um, when they had the panels with the Peloton instructors mm-hmm. They were only allowed to say Lululemon community and Lululemon members.

crystal and tom 418: They never used the word Peloton, which is weird. Yeah. Uh, and she said that you could tell they had to concentrate to do that. And she said the panel was very scripted and they did not socialize with the crowd at. All after the panel. Um, and she said some of the instructors, you could tell they visibly wanted to leave and Cody finished it up by saying, now go buy some shit.[00:33:00]

crystal and tom 418: Okay. Uh, so she said it was very confusing. And she thought it was really weird because the customized heat press was at Peloton last time. And like I said, this time it was over at Lululemon. Uh, the event was $50 for the launch party that got you two drink tickets. Weird. This is Trisha’s words, weird rice balls and a cookie and watching the instructors for 30 minutes.

crystal and tom 418: And then you had to spend a hundred dollars to get a free tote. So yeah, although. If you’re buying Lululemon stuff, it isn’t that hard to spend a hundred dollars. I mean, you basically blink and you spend, like, you touch a jacket, it’s a hundred bucks. Yeah. Yeah. So do you think this is like some indication that maybe this team up is winding down?

crystal and tom 418: Well, the membership was for the, the partnership rather was five years. Where are we like three years into this thing? Yeah. I, I have no recollection. I think we might be about three years into this thing. Yeah. So. If that’s true. We’re half we’re, halfway. So [00:34:00] yeah. You would think that. Yeah. I mean, I don’t know.

crystal and tom 418: I know it’s made a lot of money for Peloton. Yeah. And that needed to happen. Yeah. It’s just, yeah. It’s, it’s just that’s, a weird vibe compared to the other ones we’ve talked about. Very. Yeah. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Okay. Well, uh, coming up after this, we’re gonna talk about Jess Sims and who she’s partnered with, and, uh, we’ll also have updates on.

crystal and tom 418: Camilla Ramon, and a new two for one that people are gonna wanna check out. So stick around.

crystal and tom 418: Jess Sims has teamed up with Disney Junior and espn Yes. For a new promotion called Let’s Play. Yeah. It helps preschoolers get involved in sports. They’ve been getting a free ride long enough. Get those preschoolers. Off their butts. It’s also interesting because it’s also, Jess Sims is a Good Morning America contributor.

crystal and tom 418: That’s where [00:35:00] this was announced. Right? So the synergy here is Oh, sure. Is just remarkable. Yeah. Disney, GMA, Peloton, ESPN. All owned by Disney. By Disney, yeah. Yeah. Suggest Sims is now owned by Disney, and so are, uh, your preschoolers. Yeah. They’re too late, but that’s, that’s really fun though, especially with her being a past teacher.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah, and like her listening games and things like that. That’s just a fun crossover. She does a lot of family content on the Peloton platform as well. She does a lot of family content on the Peloton platform as well. Okay, so, uh, Camilla Ramon has the latest get to know me class. Yeah. I find it a little strange that they’re still adding them like that Again, not a knock on Camilla.

crystal and tom 418: I’m Right. Great. That she has a class. All of the instructors should have these classes, but it’s just like, why do they keep making them? Like, wouldn’t you just get to know them one time? Like, why do you need to keep getting to, and and has she already done one? All the instructors [00:36:00] had? So here’s my thought on this one.

crystal and tom 418: Okay. And maybe in the. The other one was like this too. I don’t, tell me, I don’t know. This one appears to be in Spanish. Oh, maybe. And so I, I, ’cause I was, I was wondering like, it, like, is she doing like one for English speakers and one for Spanish speakers? Well, that’s, that’s an interesting thought because I know Robin added a couple more not too long ago, and.

crystal and tom 418: I was confused then because, you know, she already had one for running and she already had one for biking. I’m like, well, how many of these do you need? Right. But maybe they were in a different language too. I, I don’t know. I never went back to, look, does Robin speak another language? I also don’t know. I don’t know if she speaks Spanish or not.

crystal and tom 418: I know that she is, she has a background of Latina and she talks about that all the time. Sure. But I don’t knows her heritage, but I don’t know if she like fluently speaks it. You know, you’re right. Like I, I. I wanna say yes, but I’m not, not a hundred percent. I, I will say, I noticed, I took a walking class with her the other day, Uhhuh.

crystal and tom 418: It was a power walk outdoors, and I’ve never heard her pronounce her name [00:37:00] like this. Instead of being Robin Arza Uhhuh, it was Robin ar. And I was like, oh, we’ve changed up the pronunciation. I did not know that, and I probably butchered it when I did it, but, um, I’m sure we did, but I was just, I just was struck by that.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. I was like, oh, that’s, I, I’ve never heard her say it like that before. Yeah. And I, I just thought that was interesting. So, I don’t know, maybe. Maybe like she’s kind of teaching more of those classes. Maybe she is teaching Spanish classes and I’m just unaware and yeah. You know, now she’s kind of adding a little, a little more flavor when she pronounces her last name.

crystal and tom 418: I don’t, I don’t know. Yeah. I don’t know. But it would make sense. It would, for the bilingual instructors that teach in Mul that teach in multiple languages that they would, that they would do one in each. Yeah. I wanna go check Mariana, ’cause I know she does both. Yeah. So I’m curious about that. So the next two for one will feature Cody Rigsby and John Hoskin.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah, and this is notable for a couple reasons, because one John Hoskin is everybody’s [00:38:00] boyfriend, so that’s one reason. Okay. And I didn’t realize I had a boyfriend, so thank you for letting me know. Well, everybody in Peloton world. Oh, okay. And then it’s also notable because it’s taking place in London.

crystal and tom 418: And I don’t think that these two have ever done a two for one, so it’ll be interesting. I will, be curious if this will be, for me, a positive vibe, because I think John Hosking is the best I could do without Cody. How will that be together? Yeah, could go either way. Okay. I have no idea. Like John Hosking just brings so much positiveness that maybe he can just bring anybody to that level.

crystal and tom 418: Or maybe it will, not. I have no idea. Yeah, I, I’m really, really interested to see how that turns out. So we will find out soon. We will.

crystal and tom 418: well, up first is the Britney Spears Week Challenge.

crystal and tom 418: Yes. It’s Britney Week bitch is what it’s called. Okay. Um, and, [00:39:00] uh, I am fascinated by this because there are. So many classes, like I’ve never seen this many classes. Yeah. Because it’s over a whole week. Sure. I guess is part of it. Yeah. But yeah, it’s like 20 classes. It’s a lot. And, uh, there’s also a challenge.

crystal and tom 418: So you can get a special Britney Week challenge badge rather by taking a certain number of classes, you know, where you can get, like you get gold if you do this and you get silver if you do this. So, um, if you take the most amount, then you’re gonna get your gold, but it’s still gonna be. Britney, the Britney patch.

crystal and tom 418: Ah, so that’s pretty fun. Yeah. Yeah. So, uh, there’s also, we, so we have one artist series for the UK and one for America. Yeah. Everywhere else. It’s the first time I remember this occurring, but yes. Okay. So July 3rd is going to be in America, the PSNY Studio, Jimmy Buffet. Okay. We all know my love of Jimmy [00:40:00] Buffett.

crystal and tom 418: I know, and Nikki was telling me just the other day how much of a parrothead she is. So, oh, I cannot stand Jimmy Buffett. I know you can’t. And then in, in the uk, Charlotte is gonna be teaching a scorpions ride. Scorpions. I can get behind. I know you can. Yeah, definitely. But, and Eric and Charlotte both have those classes and so that’s just super interesting.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. So I don’t know German. American, is it? Is it, different in two? Are they doing two different ones? Because the 4th of July means different things. Is it because. Jimmy Buffett isn’t gonna play well in other countries. Like I have no idea. Yeah. I don’t I don’t know, like Jimmy Buffett’s not country, but he’s he’s definitely rock, but he’s kind of country adjacent and, I don’t know how well that genre plays.

crystal and tom 418: In other countries. And scorpions are obviously very big in [00:41:00] Europe. They’re big here too, but I think, I forget that, I forget, they’re so big in Europe. They’re, but they’re bigger in Europe and they’re certainly bigger in Germany. Like they’re very associated with the fall of the Berlin wall. Mm. ’cause the winds have changed.

crystal and tom 418: Okay. So like, like, it’s like they’re like Germany’s musical mascot. Okay. So like they’re so, you know, I don’t know if there’s some sort of. Anniversary coming up or something that that ties into, but, uh, I don’t know. That’s, it’s interesting. Yeah. But Scorpions is a good one. ’cause it’s like, for like Rock, like Scorpions are a big band, but they’re also kind of like a second tier big band.

crystal and tom 418: And I mean that in a nice way. I, I like the Scorpions a lot actually. But like, when people start listing like the biggest bands of the eighties, they’re gonna be like Van Halen, Aerosmith, Motley Crue. Like, they’re gonna get pretty far down the list before someone will go like. Oh, what about Scorpions?

crystal and tom 418: That’s true. And then it almost everybody in the conversation would be like, oh yeah, it’s Scorpions. We should have them higher. But if you ask them [00:42:00] to list it organically, I don’t know that it would, it, they would make most people’s like first five bands, you know? Okay. Okay. So, well, and I, maybe it’s because they feel that way about Jimmy Buffett too, because it seems like there are only a couple instructors.

crystal and tom 418: Doing rides for each. Like, it’s, it’s not like Britney Week, right? Where there’s 25 rides. It’s like two instructors for Jimmy Buffett, two instructors for the Scorpion. So maybe, maybe that’s part of why I have no idea. I find it fascinating. Yeah. Also I wanna mention that Moby’s music is gonna be highlighted in July.

crystal and tom 418: As I’m sure you’re aware, he has a lot of music that is featured in. Movies and commercials. Exactly. I don’t know if it still is, but at one time his album play was the most commercially licensed album in the history of music. Good for him. Yeah. Well, there’s gonna be a yoga flow and a Moby Run coming up as well.

crystal and tom 418: Okay. So interesting. Interesting. Yes, very.

[00:43:00]

crystal and tom 418: I have no idea how to say this. Aron. Aron? Mm-hmm. Avir. No. Aron. Aron. It’s Aron if you say, so. I do N Les Mills. Mm-hmm. Okay. Partner up to Gamify Fitness. Yes. Studio Fitness at home. I mean, it’s been gamified. There’s lots of companies already doing it, but that’s okay. That’s okay. That’s okay. Their games sound different though.

crystal and tom 418: Aron actually, they, they really do have. One of the most gamified platforms, like they, they are the one, when I say it’s been done before it’s ever on Sunday before, it’s less mills. That’s new to it. Gotcha. So I should, I should be clear about that. Yeah. Yeah. They have they’ve done a lot with, uh, rowing.

crystal and tom 418: They’ve done a lot with biking. They’ve done a lot with running, like they’ve, they are the ones that are kind of the leader in the gaming. Fitness platform. Yeah. The, games they were describing sounded like the one sounded like a knockoff of like, Mario. Oh, really? Because it’s like [00:44:00] you’re, jumping over, maybe not jumping, but you’re supposed to like, bust rocks and, and like and, the other one sounded like a knockoff of something else.

crystal and tom 418: And, uh. And I was, I was, oh, that sounds, it doesn’t just sound like someone else did lane break, right? Yeah. Like it’s, it’s, I was just like, oh, they’re, yes, we’ve seen gamified before, but I thought that these games sounded different than what we’ve seen before. No, that’s nice. That’s nice to hear. And I’ve definitely heard good things about people that have tried it and I, I mean, honestly, I wish they were teaming up with Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: I wish we could see some more of that. You know, see, see more games. But I think Pelotons take on it is we’ll create the games. In our in-house we’ll make ’em on our platform. ’cause they have then, then they don’t, they don’t have to worry about the relationship going kapoof and can’t imagine why they’d worry about that.

crystal and tom 418: I know with the so many things that have happened in the past. Yeah. It says they have arcade style video games designed to keep users locked in. For example, members can smash bricks in row breaker. Okay. Which sounds like Mario. Yeah. Battle [00:45:00] pirates and row to riches. Oh. Or put out fires in. Blaze breakers.

crystal and tom 418: That sounds fun. I think Ladder is doing a lot of putting out fires right now. Not very well. They seem to just keep pouring gasoline on them. Yeah. So they’re probably not winning that game. Yeah, probably not. Even though they’re convincing themselves. That they are. Again, like some political leaders. So yeah.

crystal and tom 418: Good for Veron. Yeah. And, uh, I’ll have to keep an eye on that. You know, it’s, uh, that one in that join growl. That was that one That was like the boxing machine that like Oh yeah. Had the, I’ve been keeping an eye on that still. It hasn’t gone through. Its, its system yet. Yeah, it’s still out there on whatever you call it.

crystal and tom 418: Kickstarter. That’s the one, yeah. Yeah. Coming up after this, we’re gonna talk content. If you are trying to figure out what to do next, ’cause there is so much stuff, well let us help you. We’ll have the TCO top five. We’ll also take a look at this week of Peloton and uh, some other cool classes you might wanna check out.

crystal and tom 418: So stick [00:46:00] around.

crystal and tom 418: It is time for the TCO top five where we will not teach Jennifer Jacobs. You know what would be funny if Peloton.

crystal and tom 418: Instead of Persing, your classes we’re like, put ’em all back on the system. We got you in there for Jacobs too. No need to join Ladder. Here’s a bunch of her classes. Here’s a whole collection. Have at it. Oh, so funny. Oh my God. So each week we ask you to recommend classes, and then we put ’em in a science machine and it spits out who was right and who was wrong.

crystal and tom 418: So here we go. Number one, your favorite. Yoga class. Okay, so we went back in time on this one, and by we, I mean Christina, okay, by Christine Hebert. Tia. I’m, oh my God, I’m not good

crystal and tom 418: T. Christine brought us this one, uh, and she went all the way back to 2022. So this is from July [00:47:00] 18th, 2022 and it, it’s mixing, it’s called 30 minutes of Rock Slow Flow.

crystal and tom 418: So that’s great ’cause you’ve got rock music and you’ve got yoga, so that’s great. She said it was her favorite class. She’s working on taking every one of Chelsea’s slow flow and yin classes, and she’s already done all of a Didi’s slow flow and yin classes. Okay, uh, number two, your favorite row. Okay, so Melissa Solan recommended this class.

crystal and tom 418: It was taught by Ash Pryor on June 16th. It was a 15 minute Disney bro, and Melissa said that it had a great playlist and even better message. It had a great variety of Disney songs starting with the Circle of life and ending with, I’ll Make a Man Out Of You. You should have had some Pirates of the Caribbean in there if you’re doing a row.

crystal and tom 418: Well, it doesn’t mean that she didn’t. Okay. I mean, it was only 15 minutes. There’s only so much you can shove in there. Yeah. Uh, number three, your favorite Summer Fest class. Okay. So this was taught on June th 13th, and it was the British Summer Fest move as one Ride. [00:48:00] All kinds of instructors. So we’ve got Sam, Jocelyn, Hannah, Ben Aldis, John Hoskin, lean Sby, and Bradley Rose.

crystal and tom 418: And Lori Garvey suggested this ride. She said the summer, the British summer bike ride was so much fun. 30 minutes flew by and it had a difficulty rating of 7.1. So it’s like not too hard. Mm-hmm. But also enough of a challenge. So perfect ride for a summer’s day. Uh, number four, your favorite music themed ride.

crystal and tom 418: Okay, so this was taught on May 29th by Christine Deco, and it was a 45 minute Jeff Lin’s e yellow ride. Mitchell Dickler recommended this ride. He said it was his favorite because Christine did not have too much talking over the music. It was 45 minutes of e yellow because it wasn’t like, uh. New wave. So she didn’t know any of the words?

crystal and tom 418: No, I don’t, I don’t think it was that. I, I have a feeling, I think she’s one of the quieter instructors. Yeah. When she has a an a music based ride. I just thought it was interesting her [00:49:00] doing ELO ’cause she’s so associated with like No, she is that College Rock. Absolutely. Music. And, uh, and so to see her doing straight up classic rock, she was like, I have no idea.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah. Just listen to your music. Hey, she didn’t want to get, uh. Artist shamed. That’s right. Like Robin Dick for know, not knowing. Well who was it? It was Robin. Didn’t know Taylor. Swift. Swift. The Taylor. Swift. Swift. Yeah, that’s exactly right. Yeah. Look at you knowing that. Oh, every once in a while I listen.

crystal and tom 418: That sticks in there sometimes. And finally number five, your unst. Stackable. Yeah. It is a strength class. It is, and it’s part of a program. Karen Smith found this particular split class to be uns stackable. She said she just took Ben’s day one upper body push from his intermediate split. She didn’t think it was gonna be a hypertrophy program, but it is.

crystal and tom 418: And day one, her abs and shoulders are dead. Chest is on fire and I’m crying like a baby. Someone send help. Can’t wait for tomorrow’s leg and core day.

crystal and tom 418: Oh, too funny. So, uh, we will now take a look at this week at Peloton. We’ve got [00:50:00] some new benchmark strength classes. We do. Yeah, they dropped five new benchmark strength classes. There’s one from Callie, Ben, Katie, and Jocelyn, and they’re great for figuring out how far you’ve come. Yeah, so that’s awesome. And we have, uh, some new scenic classes for people. Yeah, they dropped a bunch of these and they’re, they all launched on June 25th.

crystal and tom 418: There’s, um, there’s some places in Switzerland, lots of breathtaking locations. There’s rides, there’s runs, and there’s rows. And, uh, we have some options here with where you can get fired up with Logan or Flow and free with a didi. Yeah, so there’s, uh, just Tabata with Logan, a new one of those that’s 20 minute Tabata class this Sunday.

crystal and tom 418: And then, uh, there’s also flow and let go with a Didi that’s gonna be taking pla place on Saturday, June 28th. It’ll be a 20, I think it’s a 20 minute. I’m sorry, a 30 minute flow and let go. And then that’s followed by a flow and let go meditation. That’s [00:51:00] 10 minutes long. So both of those are on Saturday.

crystal and tom 418: Okay? Uh, there is a Sunset Boulevard walk and run coming up for Broadway fans. I don’t know anything about this one. I haven’t seen it. So, so, uh, it’s been around for a while. Sunset Boulevard, this is a revival, I think originally in Broadway it was Glen Close if memory serves. But this is a, a, the, uh, a stage version of the movie Sunset Boulevard, which I don’t think I’ve seen either.

crystal and tom 418: Oh, I think we have. That’s really, that’s the. Mis I’m ready for my closeup, Mr. Ell. Oh, I have then, yeah. And, uh, it’s really good film noir, so if you’ve never seen it, you abso it’s one of those old movies where even if you don’t like old movies, it still totally holds up. But this is on Broadway, right now, and it’s kind of famous for the fact that they do this thing where the, um, one of the cast members like leaves the theater during the show.

crystal and tom 418: And like a camera follows him. And he actually like, goes out onto the streets of New York and he’s walking down the [00:52:00] street, like, I don’t know if he’s singing or saying dialogue, but, and the camera follows him. ’cause on the stage they have, part of the set is a giant video wall. And so like, but it’s all part of the play.

crystal and tom 418: But he’s actually outside the theater. Doing that. Well, I wonder if that has something to do with the special guest because they’re saying there’s gonna be a special guest at this wedding. I’m like, do you think that they brought that? Like are they gonna have them walk through? Yeah, my, that was my thought too.

crystal and tom 418: But my only, but. But it’s so far away from Broadway. PSNY is so far away from Broadway, so yeah, I don’t know how they would get him there and back. Well, not in the middle of the show. I didn’t mean that. Yeah, I just meant like, would he come in and like do a thing? I didn’t mean in the middle of Oh, gotcha.

crystal and tom 418: Yeah, yeah. I meant separately, but in the middle of the class, do that not necessarily part of the show. Do that perhaps. Yeah. Yeah. I don’t know, but, and I also thought it was fitting that it was a walk run. Yeah. Because he famously walks through the streets of New York. That is interesting. Yeah. Okay. So, and like they follow him then back into the theater and up on the stage, so, so is [00:53:00] that your guess of who the special guest is or?

crystal and tom 418: That would be my guess. Okay. But I don’t, I don’t know. Okay. Okay. Run Club and Kirsten Ferguson are celebrating Pride. Yeah. This is, um, this one takes place on Thursday, June 26th. So by the time you hear us, that all already taking place, but. This is great because they’re having these weekly now and you can join at the studio.

crystal and tom 418: You go out and you do a, I think this one’s a 3.1, uh, and you just run right around the studio, 3.1 miles, different instructors every time. And this week you get to celebrate pride while you do it. Okay. And then finally, Ben Aldis, if you can’t get enough of him, you’re in luck. ’cause they got 120 minutes of him and it’s a power zone and it’s his first 120 minute class.

crystal and tom 418: Wow. Wow. On the platform. I guess he finally worked up his stamina. Yeah, I’m sure. To where he can handle 120 minutes. I’m sure he was really struggl with that. Well done Ben. Good job, Ben. Congrats on finally making it.

crystal and tom 418: Well, we don’t have any birthdays [00:54:00] this week. Okay. So, uh, I don’t know what’s going on, but nine months ago instructor’s parents didn’t wanna do it. Okay. They were all having fights. Well that’s because, um, it’s almost August and they all were born in August. Yes. So. We’ll, see a bunch then. Yes.

crystal and tom 418: So, uh, anyway, that’s it for this one. Okay. Until next time. Where can people find you? People can find me on Facebook at facebook.com/crystal. Do O’Keefe and they can find me on. All the platforms and of course the pellets on leaderboard at clip out Crystal. And you can find me on Blue Sky and Threads at Tom O’Keefe Jr.
