This Week at Peloton: Mental Health Awareness, Themed Yoga, and Beginner Shadowboxing
Let’s get this week started! Peloton is offering a lot of cool new yoga content as well as classes with a special focus on Mental Health Awareness. Here’s what’s on deck this week at Peloton.
Mental Health Awareness
It’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and Peloton is celebrating with a goal of reaching 20 million minutes of community movement in just 24 hours. There will be two special live 2-for-1 classes you can join on Saturday May 18 if you want to show your support. Check out a 30-minute 20 Million Minutes Walk + Run with Adrian Williams and Alex Toussaint at 11:30 a.m. ET as well as a 30-minute 20 Million Minutes Ride with Camilla Ramon and Tunde Oyeneyin at noon ET, or catch them on demand later. And for more Mental Health content, check out the Mental Health Collection.
Mariachi Yoga Flow
Join Mariana Fernandez for a Yoga Flow set to mariachi music in Spanish. This Premiere class will drop Wednesday May 15 at 6:30 p.m. ET and be on demand later. Sombreros optional but highly encouraged.
Bollywood Slow Flow
For even more yoga, flow with Aditi Shah to the sounds of old Bollywood films in a special class she co-created with her father. The class will take place live Thursday May 16 at 7:30 a.m. ET.
Beginner Boxing
Ever wondered what Shadowboxing is all about? Step into the ring with Rad Lopez and find out! This 30-minute Beginner Shadowboxing class will happen live on Tuesday May 14 at 12:30 p.m. ET. And if this class gets you hooked (heh), check out the Shadowboxing Collection for more fun classes.
