This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 4/14/24 30 min Feel Good Ride with Ally Love
  2. 4/14/24 30 min Tread Bootcamp: Full Body with Marcel Maurer
  3. 4/21/24 20 min Spring Recovery Ride with Sam Yo
  4. Earth Day Yoga, Walks, Rides, and Walking Meditations
  5. 4/29/24 30 min Intervals Run with Olivia Amato

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Peloton Ride

4/14/24 30 min Feel Good Ride with Ally Love

Dani G. Ella (MarchDreamer) was feeling all the love in this one: “Ally Love’s feel good ride from 4/14/24. So much inspiration in that short 30 minutes!”

Ally brought all the good feels to this class, including music from Ed Sheeran, Beyoncé, Khalid, David Guetta, and Taylor Swift. The class plan goes through two cycles of climbing, cruising on a flat road, and then revving back up with intervals.–just when the work is getting heavy, it’s time for a feel-good dance break!

2. Favorite Peloton Tread Bootcamp

4/14/24 30 min Tread Bootcamp: Full Body with Marcel Maurer

Rebecca Allen found a new connection with a German-language instructor this week: “I loved Marcel Maurer’s English language debut! His tread bootcamp from 4/14/24 was awesome! From the music, the motivation, to the instruction!  Everyone should take it!!!!”

This class playlist will make you want to run fast and lift heavy. Marcel includes Britney Spears, Ava Max, Jack Harlow, and Alicia Keys. The class plan covers two cycles of running and lifting each, with the lifting blocks consisting of deadlifts, rows, chest presses, bicycle crunches, thrusters, lunges, and burpees. Marcel is full of energy and makes the work fly by.

3. Favorite Peloton Recovery Ride

4/21/24 20 min Spring Recovery Ride with Sam Yo

Helper Bee Kelli Baker found the perfect class to welcome a change in seasons: “Coming up for air after three weeks off the bike… Lots of life stuff going on. I randomly picked Sam Yo’s 20 minute spring recovery ride (4/21/2024) for a cooldown and it was so timely for me!  All about spring cleaning… Possessions, expectations, and relationships. And it ends with a Sam Yo mini-meditation. That alone is worth the price of admission!”

Sam combines movement and mindfulness in this Recovery Ride. The playlist is peaceful and uplifting, with A Million Dreams from The Greatest Showman and Wonderful World by Otis Redding during the main cycling set, and Tibetan Singing Bowls and the meditative genius of Max Richter during the meditation. This class is such a special combination, and who better to curate it than Sam Yo!

4. Favorite Peloton Seasonal Classes

Earth Day Yoga, Walks, Rides, and Walking Meditations

Missangmom used Peloton to motivate her to get out into nature this week: “Loved the Earth Day outdoor classes! Got me out of my home office and enjoying the sun!”

Peloton released 7 classes for Earth Day 2024:

These classes are meant to inspire appreciation for and connection with our planet. For more on Peloton’s Earth Day programming, check out our story here!

5. Favorite [“Almost”] Unstackable Peloton Run

4/29/24 30 min Intervals Run with Olivia Amato

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from Oliver_Long: “I just did Olivia’s 30 minute Intervals Run live – Monday, 29th April. Almost unstackable! Like always, Olivia pushes you to achieve your best and not let yourself be contained by artificial boundaries – combined with a great playlist this was an awesome class.”

The great playlist is classic Olivia EDM (after she kicks things off with some Ariana Grande, in true Olivia fashion) with music from Sofi Tukker, CamelPhat, Kaskade, and SZA.

Thank you!
