  2. 4/11/24 30 min At The Club Walk with Jon Hosking
  3. 4/11/24 30 min Outdoor Walk + Run with Andy Speer

  5. 4/12/21 45 min Classic Rock Ride with Olivia Amato

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Peloton Ride

5/30/21 45 min Power Zone Endurance Ride with Christine D’Ercole

Karen Smith is sharing a perfect class for the days when you need to take it easy… but not too easy:

“I took Christine D’Ercole’s 45 minute power zone class from 5/30/21. So good! I used it as a long active recovery. Entirely in zone 2 outside of warmup. Loved it! Get it before it’s gone.”

While the class plan may sound boring, Christine keeps you engaged through her expert coaching and storytelling. Her song choices perfectly support an active recovery vibe with music from Mumfort & Sons, Dave Matthews Band, Judah & the Lion, and Indigo Girls.

2. Favorite Peloton Walk

4/11/24 30 min At The Club Walk with Jon Hosking

Nikki Sherouse-Smith took a trip to Club Hosky this week:

“Hosky’s 30 min At The Club walk from 4/11/24 is SO MUCH FUN!  He’s built it around a hen and stag party, there’s an imaginary baby with a pacifier involved, and he’s having such a good time, he literally skips on the treadmill.  If this is a preview of what Ben’s stag party is going to be like, he’s in for a heck of a night.  This class is a guaranteed smile.  And, spoiler alert, it’s listed as a walk, but you can definitely run it — Hosky gives call outs that support both walking and running.”

3. Favorite Peloton Outdoor Walk + Run

4/11/24 30 min Outdoor Walk + Run with Andy Speer

Sonya Norman found the perfect Peloton content to support her return to running post-injury:

“Andy’s 30 minute outdoor walk+run from 4/11/24. The playlist was really fun. The walk intervals were 80’s sing along songs, and the run intervals were EDM remixes of 80’s music. I haven’t been able to run for a couple of months due to an injury, and this workout was a great way to get outside and back into running.”

This playlist features upbeat hits from Stevie Nicks, Pretenders, The Proclaimers, and Pat Benatar. The class alternates running and walking with each song, which is always helpful mentally. The class is easy-to-moderate, depending on how much you want to push during the runs, and how loud you want to sing during the walks!

4. Favorite Peloton Row Bootcamps

20 min Tag Team Row Bootcamps with Adrian and friends!

Fortie50 is loving Adrian’s new signature series on the Row:

“I’m enjoying the Adrian Tag Team Row + classes. Last week I did the Emma and Tunde classes. Looking forward to the Coach Matt class in my Stack today and Andy this Wednesday. The classes are fun and effective. Great intro to Bootcamp style classes and it’s nice to see the instructors interact.”

5. Favorite Unstackable Peloton Ride

4/12/21 45 min Classic Rock Ride with Olivia Amato

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from David Stember:

“4/12/21- Olivia Amato Rock Ride. Unstackable, unwalkable, unmovable, unanythingable.  Just slowly die while pedaling for 45 minutes.  Then, stare at a wall and sit in a cardio buzz for the next 3 hours.

Holy Cow. She looked so kind.”

Thank you!
